We welcome you for as long as you are able to stay--
months, weeks or days.
This land is nothing short of awesome with its red clay mesas, countless winding rocky arroyos, expansive sky, abundant wildlife & welcoming hostesses. There is no light, sound or air pollution. Our well is 604-feet into pure ancient glacial waters.
Virtually everyone who visits wishes they were staying longer. So, we set our rates to make longer visits more possible. Your presence also makes it possible for us to go on offering this inspiring healing land to other women.
Our beautiful adobe casitas are available by the day, week, month or season. Mi Casa is 1200sf with two Studio/Bedrooms connected by a Living Space-- Sitting Area, Dining Nook, Kitchenette & Bath. You may rent the entire Mi Casa, both Hummingbird and Warbler, for yourself or for you and your friends. Or, you may choose to reserve either Hummingbird or Warbler with full access to the Living Space & Patio.
Honey House is almost identical to Mi Casa and is our GuestHouse for longer-term stays. She is sweet indeed with her two Bedroom / Studios-- Flicker and Gecko. Since she is somewhat more down-home than Mi Casa, we offer Honey House at a lower rate.

We can provide one additionsl bed / cot for each GuestRoom. Please add $25 first night and $15 each additional night or $100 per week for each additional bed/ cot in room, loft or Main House.

GuestHouses share a semi-private phone. To also share the GuestHouse DSL line, add $7/night, $35/week, or $95/month.
- Cash is welcome. We also accept checks, money orders & Paypal. Make GuestHouse checks out to Jae Haggard.
- Please include a 20% reservation/ damage deposit with your reservation-- Amount over $50 is refundable with 7-day cancellation notice.
- We are a tiny nonprofit with abundant land and limited finances. Our priority is making it possible for a spectrum of women to have access to this incredible land.
If you cannot afford our rates, let's discuss ways to make your visit possible.
If you are able, DONATIONS are most appreciated to help subsidize a stay for a low income womon.

Our remoteness & the incredible peacefulness here lend themselves to longer visits. We encourage you to stay as long as your schedule allows.
you are welcome to ride with us to town if you need provisions. We have extras of most items on hand if you need anything.

Our GuestHouses are ideally suited for Writer's & Artist's Retreats. Bring your camera, paints, drawing pens...

Door-to-Door Rides
If you are flying, the Sandia Shuttle (1-888-775-5696)from Albuquerque to Santa Fe is a great way to travel (about $25). Then, It's a beautiful 1-1/4 hour drive from Santa Fe to the land.
We will pick you up in Santa Fe, stop by our wonderful natural foods co-op so you can stock up on staples & goodies, bring you to the land & return you to Santa Fe for your shuttle-- all for $30 per 1-way trip for one woman if you stay 3 nights or more. Please add $15 for each additional woman. We may be able yo pck you up in Albuquerque-- $95 each way. Add $30 per additional woman.
If you forget anything, we probably have it on hand.
